This 130km gravel grind features 1700m of climbing, kicking off in the village of Greyton. With 95% of the route on gravel roads, including exclusive access to private farm roads, The Canola Roller is your ticket to the most breathtaking springtime views of the Overberg and the Riversonderend mountains. Expect a thrilling ride featuring everything from fast hard pack rolling hills to demanding technical climbs and exhilarating downhill sections. Fear not, every kilometer of this epic journey is conquerable on a gravel bike. As one of the five races in the Cannondale WC Gravel Series, The Canola Roller 130 promises an unforgettable experience for every enthusiastic gravel grinder out there. Also on offer is a challenging, non-technical yet equally stunning 80km route with 990m elevation and a super family-friendly 30km route with 300m elevation that everyone can enjoy. A CAUSE WORTH RIDING FOR! Part of the proceeds raised go towards the Greyton MTB Juniors Club and our surrounding trail network. Greyton juniors is a group of 40+ children from the community that meet twice a week to receive training, mentorship and support.
