I am trying to make meals more interesting but my fall back is a cheesy omelette.

I'm a foodie and previously lived to eat.

Same here

Try this. Its literally 10 mins in air fryer and you can spice it up or add some parmesan

I was going to lie politely and say I'd love to try it but after trying caulimash infinitum years ago I just can't eat cauliflower 🙂

Thanks though. Maybe it'll help someone...

Weight loss is calorie deficit.. end of story..

when creating that deficit by restricting diet then cutting carbs makes sense.. carbs are generally high in calories..

but when raising your consumption of calories by exercise completely cutting out carbs is going to make exercising painfully exhausting..

but I agree on GO SEE A DOCTOR.. if you are in a calorie deficit and not losing weight(and remember it doesn’t happen in five minutes, it took years to put on those pounds it takes long time to lose them) then you got something else going on and should get that checked out.. or, and this happens often, you think you in a deficit but you actually are not🤷🏼‍♂️.. and some are blatant liars🤣🤣..

"when creating that deficit by restricting diet then cutting carbs makes sense.. carbs are generally high in calories"

Not so sure about this. Carbs are 4 calories per gram, on average. Fats are 9 calories per gram.

this is true, but the body can leverage carbs far easier than fat.

<snip>

not all calories are equal. Try and get your daily caloric requirements from salad, and the only muscles you're building is your jaw, and those that aid peristalsis.

YES for me it is one or the other. Reach goal weight then focus on building muscle.

Then, the assertion that not all calories are equal is even more important

put this way, riding DC eating just NikNaks will be problematic I suspect, you may find more success using something else. I hope that helps

But that’s what I was saying in the first place.. 🤔.. where you supposed to get energy if you eating salad and trying to do some sort of endurance sport to lose weight.. it’s gonna suck.. up the calorie consumption by exercise and eat those carbs my guys..
