A question, please.  Years ago I was a member of Think Bike and had a set of "dog tags" with my particulars, next of kin etc on it.  Is there something similar for cyclists?  I am thinking of a scenario (heavens forbid!) where one is injured in an accident or a serious fall, to enable medical personnel or SAPS/Metro to at least identify you and notify next of kin.  I do not carry my wallet or ID around with me when cycling.

If you do carry a cellphone then I think there is an option on the locked home screen to add emergency information and it can be opened without having to unlock the phone.

Edit: for Samsung https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-galaxy-device-in-an-emergency-to-contact-emergency-contacts-and-view-important-medical-information/?srsltid=AfmBOorm2FLUrzGEgEZBR2tp9BgCPSn3wc7qTGoVT5SvqLI2XKE_k361
