2.Kloof Nek ? dont you mean Constantia Nek? same with no 8

I was wondering how that worked. if it said kloof neck then suikerbossie i would have understood.

The root you did is a nice ride but not so early in the year. :)

How long did it take?

Why is it early in the year to do those rides? Everyone is doing them when you out on the road.

Did Redhill on my second lap of the Argus.  Had to cut the route there to catch up to my wife.  Must say after 140 kilos in the legs and at 31 degrees celcius, she bit me pretty badly there (That would be Redhill and not my wife).

I think its much steeper than OuKaaps but it also depends what side you doing it from ... I will go measure the two and compare it this weekend

Strange I thought that Red hill was higher than Ou Kaapse (Silvermine) did you go to the top?

ou kaaps is higher, but red hills kills you. Its much steeper and it kicks around each turn

I take it you turned around at the top of Red Hill?

If you went down the other side, at the three way stop is The Cape Farmhouse - they make awesome deserts. well worth it.

bit funny doing an out and back with all the other routes, but you clearly hill hunting - another tweak is to go through Da Gama Park. start/finish is Southern right hotel in glencairn and scratch patch
