Dis net dat wanneer ek met van die ander rasse groepe praat, s? hulle dat hulle nie die posisies ens. kry nie omdat hulle nie swart genoeg is nie...Is daar genoeg PDI's om die verskillende spanne te voer? Dit beteken dat hulle dalk die mees betaalde fietsryers in die land kan word soos elke span hulle meer aanbied om vir hulle te ry. Waar ek ry in die Vets is daar bitter min PDI's wat ry - wat gaan Cyclelab/BulkMeatpackers/CedarVadek/Ayos doen? Of is hulle nie "pro" genoeg nie? If the 5-8 top riders are all black...by all means - PUT THEM IN THE TEAM! But don't take away another riders privalege of riding in a team just because everything has to be politically correct! Then again I heard whites still have majority rule in jobs/sport etc... I'm not sure of anyone else here but I'm a Coloured cyclist..fair skinned & n gladde kop hare and yes I went into places reserved for white's only. All my buds are white as well as the club okes...hey I use my choices. ..Dunno about the pay these "non-whites" will get but I can't agree more that it will be lucrative. I don't disrespect development & guys taking part in any Bok squad Pro cycling team... it should be done in the right way & not based only colour but merit indeed....
