bruce Posted September 17, 2008 Share I think Bruce that it is very rude and selfish of you to suggest that the officials and race organiser were bullied into making a decision on my behalf. I think being the gentleman you are you will appologise to the race organiser for all the unsubstantial remarks you made towards her. She made a mistake because she didn't know because you ( or whoever) didn't inform her. Which I believe you admitted to....... Anton, maybe you can point out these remarks to me, or tell me exactly whom you are referring to as the race organiser. I raised the query with the officials, they gave me their verdict. I don't agree with their verdict but that doesn't matter, it's their verdict. You received your money, case closed.

mallo Posted September 18, 2008 Share Morning all, I am glad AOB1 stated his side. I clearly stated in my first post that IF OB produced proof of payment as an entrant into the super series I would apologize, he clearly stated he has not, case closed. There are principles to be followed as well OB received prize money put up by the Super series not the race organizers at all hence he was not entitled to that money. However we have all learned from this and hopefully next season the racing will be more exciting and entertaining for all to see. I have learnt a lot about race tricks this past few months riding in different team cars to the extend were one actually realises the importance of having a well worked support team. OB you need a support vehicle/manager for races give me a call we will play games with all and sundry.(imagine a Ferrari in the convoy)
Slowbee Posted September 18, 2008 Share Mallo, as person who enjoys cycling, what are the "inside" tricks? I am asking as I am unlikely to ever want to race, enjoy going slowly to much.

mallo Posted September 18, 2008 Share Slowbee watch and cry when AM hunches his back or JG requests permission to loosen his quads, Jaco wants a pit stop,101% decides his hungry, Greame trying to whisper to AM,Martin decides bunch is to slow.Enter OB( has the best Robbie McKwen impersonation on the bike-You work I watch and win). Guys these men are masters at work.Better stated as "poetry in motion"
Surferboy Posted September 18, 2008 Share Well, I must say I have been enthusiastically reading this blog for the past 3 days and there is one thing that keeps playing in my mind. OB is a lot like Lance in many respects. Not only has he got the power to put most elites away (at the ripe old age of 40 something) but he has the ability to draw over 7000 hits in such a short period, I am sure super cycling would love to generate that much interest on a Tuesday evening, considering the amount of advertising done!!! Throughout Lance?s career he was the best, he knew it and everyone else knew it. A lot of the time when that happens you find these ?small men? who will repeatedly try to bring you down. I know OB has often caused a stir at many an event. That however does not warrant the abuse some of you ?men? have written on this blog. TNT1/intern- ?Add?s spice? - whatever mate! If a Lucozade, yoga sip and slap chips at half way qualify as ?spice? then OB is full of it!!! If you want to see ?spice? have a look at the rest of the ?chicken legs? standing on the start line!! I could mention names but I?m better than that!! Marius- ?He drives a Ferrari, must mean he has a small penis.?- someone who condones another because of something they worked there arse off to buy can only mean one thing- You (Marius) my friend are the one with a small penis and ego to go with it!!! On that note I would love to see what you have sitting in your driveway! SAYIN!! Oh and Mallo- that huge thing in his back pocket would have been a bag full of ?spice? NOT- it would have been a spare tubbie you moron, sorry to disappoint! Here are a few examples that jealousy really does make you nasty. Perhaps you three and the rest of your mob should show up at the races and let your legs do the talking or perhaps that will never happen because you spend to much time in this chat room knocking the people you secretly aspire to be!!! I am not ashamed to say that OB is a true friend and has a heart bigger than most. OB is a far bigger man than many of you will ever be but I guess he has already proven that by the warm hearted comment he posted on this blog last night!
