The rain has really caused some damage and by the look of things to come the sea is slowly creeping closer to the beaches and such like. Why was Snookies and Mariners Wharf closed at 19H00 already. I see the squatter camp is already higher than the posh houses at Hout Bay. Boy I can do with that prime property

Shebeen Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Yip going over Ou Kaapse and Boyes Drive (there is serious work on Main Road and it wont be finished until end 2009) well they do throw the False Bay Echo in my postbox, so i suppose this is half reliable info on the kalk bay main road upgrade. they have taken too long for phase 1, to start phase 2 before dec/jan.whether they start phase 2 in feb or march 15th is not clear. from an onlookers view of the current rate of work, don't expect it to be finished by..2012 current roastie count from riding their sidewalk..2
