Tankman Posted February 23, 2009 Share Ok, hate to admit it, but in the mist of all the excitement I had a blond moment! <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Saturday 21st, wake up ready to ride, waiting at Waterstone since 6:50.The place is deserted, no one around.Check the hub on the mobile again, yep got the times right 7:00 Sat 21 no changes.At 7:20, enough waiting, maybe you guys left earlier or are very late.I am just gonna do the ride now anyway.Just before Du Toits pass, spotted a banana peel, might mean there are cyclist ahead!Nope! No luck.Now having done a solo 85km to Franschoek, with plenty of time to think about what could have gone wrong, made a coffee stop, logged onto the hub again to check details and only then realized it was Sat 21 MARCH!!
