If it is going to take time, communicate that. And as to the mere R1500 comment, you must be doing very well, because I would not turn my nose at R1500.

In business it is totally unacceptable not to return any messages you get. And the excuse about the bank code is pathetic as it is the easiest thing to obtain. And if you do an electronic transfer it is even given to you. I'm sure these same people will be calling 20 times a day if anyone owes them money.
