I'm with Avatar. Don't sit around in sweaty pants after a ride. Get out of them as quick as possible and wash properly. I'm not being funny, just do it.

It works-really!

I got a bit worried and thought my wife was gonna wack him in the oven on high for 15min!

But by the next morning, it was gone!

And it stayed away right through the nappy years!Thumbs%20Up

I got it from being fat and wearing cheap underwear, in my BC days (Before Cycling). I used Anti fungal cream normally used for athlete's foot, and it cleared up very quickly. I will not share how I discovered it worked......a hell, I scratched my nuts after treating my feet. I also started buying better quality underwear.

I also shower immediately after a ride, or asap.

It is important to get that shammy off as soon as you can after races.Once you have healed it also helps if after you shower to put some baby powder there to keep that area dry.Anti dandruff shampoo also has some anti fungal things in them.

Its a very good idea to get out of that wet sweaty chamois and pants.  If you can't immediately after a race get out of your cycling pants, ask you wife/girlfriend (or you can do it your self if you're brave Wink), to buy you some feminine wipes (that is also at the feminine dept at the pharmacy) or any anti bacterial wipes, keep those in your bag and use it after races.  It will prevent a rash.

My sadistic side says. For both problems, the itchy nipples and the rash near the....Try DEEP HEAT or MERTHIOLATE. Will make you forget any other pain.
