Without riding all three of them his best bet would be the Anthem. After riding all three of them his choice will be the Anthem anyway.

All three are good bikes, but the Spec is over priced and under speced. Scott is fast and light for the money, but not as versatile as the Anthem. The Anthem will race with the best of them and still manage to rip up the sgl track on Sundays.

Giant has good back up and lifetime warranty on their frames.

Guess it all boils down to what you want out of the bike. I used to ride an old Giant NRS1. Great bike, well specced. Did the Epic and Sabie experience on it as well as a couple of other multi day races and many one day races. Recently I got a Trek fuel EX9. Completely changed the way I ride! Also haven't stopped grinning! It is a complete all rounder! and the extra travel means the Tokai single track is an absolute blast!!
