TitusTi Posted March 1, 2007 Share DON'T BUY THESE BLOODY THINGS, TAKE THEM BACK AND GET A SET OF EASTON'S INSTEAD!

Mudsimus Posted March 1, 2007 Share If you bought it from a bike shop take it back and start K*king them out before they can say anything. Then get yourself the eastons. I rode the Ksyrium elite's. They do flex quite alot, and I only weigh 69kg's.

pererace70 Posted March 1, 2007 Share I agree with Titus and MudDee; I have a set of Ksyrium Equipes and Easton Vista SL's The Eastons are a much nicer wheelset.
Wheelsuck Posted March 1, 2007 Share Ksyrium Elites flex when I stand and I weigh 74 kgs, that being said they do not go out of true, agree Eastons the way to go and I hear Fulcrums are quite ridgid as well.

Man with no name Posted March 1, 2007 Share I dont have that problem, weigh 76? Was Jock Green's old wheels, so if any wheel should flex it should be these?
bikemonster Posted March 1, 2007 Share The Ksyrium Equipe and Ksyrium Elite are very different wheels. The Equipe is just an extremely cheeky bit of brand extension.
Wheelsuck Posted March 1, 2007 Share MWNN, the mechanics of riding play a role, you will get small guys flexing a wheel and heavier okes not having a problem. The issue is that some okes flex the wheels, I had a set of Shimanos and I flexed them like pancakes and they guy who I gave it to is much taller and aggro when he rides and he is happy with them.
