Well she is the best performer with a proven track record, winning Mayor of the year in 2008. She increased Cape Town gross geographic product by 12% within 2 years and reduced the city's debt by nearly 1 billion and reduced unemployment in the city.

 

Allow her a bit of freedom to firstly get the WC right then hopefully the rest of South Africa

interesting that you mention a specific car.  On one stage there was a theory that you could tell where these guys worked by the colour and brand of car.  Black Chrysler PT cruisers were popular among Airforce Officers, Gold Volvos by spooks ext.
