Hey guys and girls, haven't posted much on here but I am always lurking, lol! Thought I should share my Morewood addiction with my fellow Morewood fans!

Here are my two favourite bikes!

My Zula and my Ndiza HT... My Ndiza is still a work in progress, but she is 99% done...

Excuse the dodgy pics, I will take some decent ones sometime.

The new Zula, ready to rock and roll. First ride today and apart from several stops for minor adjustments, it was great.

Not quite the build I had wanted, but has room for improvement. I like the new XT brakes, but the Thomson 0 rise stem is not for me. I put a cheap 80 mm 10 degree rise stem on, to see how it rides, will change to Thomson in time. The drive train will be upgraded too. SLX rear mech for XT and the cluster for XT. Thinking to go 2 x10.

In all it is a sweet ride!post-52292-0-51095300-1399137845_thumb.jpg

Finally got mine back from the factory after the unfortunate "staining incident".

Frame looks like new so I treated her to some new cable housings for brakes and gears.

Last thing to do is to put a mirror polish on the cranks.

Updated this baby and she is now my Dad's first MTB. Rocking it at 62!

Lefty, 650b and brand new SLX groupset.

Have I mentioned how bloody fantastic my zula is..

She loved giba, she took me up a gazillion switchbacks and down a million. . She zinged on the dowhills and she went ecstatic with all the single track and technicals, I have never seen her that happy . She was very sad to leave

Just built up my first morewood for the long weekend at Eiselfontein in Ceres. I had a few issues fitting my 650b wheels on, so in the end went with 26" wheels I scrapped together just in time. Sorry for the clashing wheel colours.

This bike absolutely rips I'm so happy with it.

I've seen a photo of the rear tire clearance running a 650b wheel on a 26" Zula, not enough room unless you run a really skinny tire and even then pushing it for mud clearance.

My husband has converted his 26 zula to 650b.. he hasn't had issues yet... been more than a yr.

What was the issue with fitting the 650b wheels?

Calling all Morewood owners! Please help a fellow Morewood owner out and vote for my Photo of the Day...20 May "This is a winner..." This is my 3rd month in it and I haven't come close.

If I win, everyone will be rewarded with more pictures of Morewoods

I think they can do a custom colour, but the decal kits will be as per the original kit.

Pain or Shine has a Sukuma in yellow (similar to the PYGA Pascoe yellow).

I've mailed Steve asking if the factory could replicate the blue that I used on my Sukuma. I would still do my own decal designs though. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Oooooh, would love to paint my Zula yellow.....

Interesting bike! But they had better bring out a long travel 650b otherwise they are going to get left behind.

Oh and it needs to be plastic!
