Virgin Active spinning bike pedals

Can anyone give any advice on what pedals the spinning bikes at Virgin use?

I need to purchase some pedals & shoes for a bike, but want to make sure they are compatible with the spinning bikes.

i dont think virgin let you change pedals anymore...

shimano spd works for me, but not the multi angle release cleats, the normal ones

Does anyone really notice a difference between brands when it comes to SPD cleats? I just got a generic brand this Saturday as the store did not carry Shimano cleats.

Na, I used generic ones... No difference!

Trubie they are the normal Shimano MTB pedals (SPD)

So get your MTB some SPD pedals (and shoes), then you can use your MTB shoes in the spinning classes
