NotSoBigBen Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Achtung all and sundry you's mettalurgical ekspets and all Little-Ben has been busy on that track frame he 'scored' a little while ago but has now found that the BB is well and truly 'stook'. I assume it has been in there since time 'im-memorial'. In fact the spots where the BB tool would normally fit are all wrecked. I know there has been much discussion about stuck seatposts and that trying to soak it with something hoping to release the 'freds' would have little effect .......... we drank the cokes while contemplating the options! Any ideas y'all ?

slowtwitch Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 I assume it is the drive side cup that's stuckWeld (to the BB cup) on a long lever type bar and wind the frog! Or leave it in place and just use it as is
