first make sure it's the same dude, then why don't some of who you are invloved in or witnessed the incident bombard mr tim brink or PM the dude here on the hub about bicycling doing a story aboout it? surely it's an issue that any cycling publication should take up cudgels one way or the other about

I would think (that of course if its true), that the PPA and CSA should been notified (officially), and they should inform the "sue'er" that if the case goes to court he cannot ride in any race / funride untill the court decide if cyclists can sue each other.
