I am not too sure how to answer this cause the only indoor training I have done was a 45 min session twice a week at the LBS doing light intervals.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Anyone out there with more experience using tandems and indoor trainers who can help me? We experienced undue flexing of the frame and the pilot was swaying around alarmingly. This is just our experience. Other tandem pairs might experience it differently. Cannot see that it will be less scary with anorexic hairless cycling dudes!!!!!! I discussed it with our tandem group after this and they all said I should have my head read!!!!!!! One day he was training ... lost concentration, climbed off the rollers and drove straight through the door of his room. He was quite hurt with a lot of scratches bruises and splinters.
