Congrats and many happy miles. Would have looked better on an Italian steed but we can't all get what we wanted, rather want what you've got.

Thanks dudes.

pixi, Got it from CWC, prices are still cheap(well, its still a fortune, but relative).

Sabre484, just do it, you only live once.

E1A104, i will do that, tx for the info.

Mampara, tx, and I still have my old steel Colnago, but the Giant was a bargain and i thought i would go for broke on the wheels and group for now and think about the frame later.

Yeah CWC is the best shop in the trade by far, i have had great service from them in the past, no problems and their prices - cannot be beaten unless u stole it.

BEST SHOP = CWC (Western Cape) man i miss home

Talking about CWC - I have just done the exercise of comparing prices from Total Cycling on current groupset prices. If you take the Vat (excluding the shipping) into consideration CWC is actually cheaper. Interesting.

My bike is in my office with me, and I think she saw those pictures - she looks like she is suffering from component envy. We are both quite jealous. Very nice.

if you are not in a rush and have a freind or relative in the uk , order from totalcycling (i saved R2000 on a chorus groupset) and if i had waited a bit longer into the year then i would have got it even cheaper.

Thank goodness you are not putting it on a Commondale frame..... although a Giant looks much better with Shimano.... kempekkernoglia just looks so common with all tha carbon!!!!!!!

I heard that jealousy can lead to bitterness, which can then lead to irrational thoughts, which in turn can lead to erratic emotional outbusts, which can then lead to obstinate behavioural tendancies, which then leads to limited cerebral focus, which ultimately leads to banishment to a foreign outpost in Darkest Africa! And to think all this can happen from just one ShimaNO purchase!!!!!!Big%20smile
