I know someone who knows his boss (from the band they're playing in) - wonder if I must let him know that he's employees are using company equipment to harass innocent people? ****dude I would get hold of his boss and turn the tables. Furthermore, if information is available on the web, is it personal and/or private? Where anyone's right to privacy infringed by such information (raw or reworked) if that information was already freely available? Is deliberately misrepresenting yourself, or deliberately creating a false impression wrt your acheivements fraud or not? How can a club fraudulently deny your membership? After all the club actually determines who is a member and who is not? Also fraud has certain legal qualifiers. Were these met and were these tested in some review body such as a court or administrative body (like CSA)? Just some unresolved questions.
