Looking for climbing wheels.

Ek voel hulle hou my terug.

Not an easy one to answer, Oom. If you have the Ksyrium ES (with red spoke, carbon front hub, titanium casette body) already, those are pretty light! They probably weigh in at around 1410 grams for the set, hard to beat that.

But I like a challenge, so how about:

1. American classic magnesium clinchers, from 1185 grams (depending on how many spokes)

or

2. Campagnolo hyperon clinchers, 1350 grams

Zipp 303 clinchers are not that light, at 1556 grams per set. They will offer better aerodynamics and better ride comfort, though.

My suggestion would be to go for the American Classics. They should cost around R10k, which is a bit cheaper than the 303s or hyperons.

Our new magnesium tubular is unparalleled in the cycling industry. It is the fastest accelerating, best cornering race wheel available. Magnesium is lighter and more durable than carbon. The decreased rotational weight of Mag rims allow the rider to reach speed quickly and hold it longer with lower energy output.

Ek het hierdie ook

420?s are the best do-it-all wheels on the market and strong enough for racing or training. Responsive and smooth with a lightweight, deep aerodynamic profile. Lighter than most wheels since deep rims do not need as many spokes.

Dankie dat julle Ou toppie so mooi help!

Wink

Ek verkoop hulle omdat ek so baie het.

ou toppie, "dont through money at the problem" :-)
