Hi all,

I'd like to know whether, and if so, how it's possible to combine two exercises of the same day on the Polar software.

Today's lsd entailed a stop that was longer than normal and the hrm had stopped recording by the time we got going again and I started a new exercise. On downloading it shows 2 separate exercises, but I want it to reflect as one exercise.

Is it possible? Confused

Yes, it is possible.

With the one exercise open, click on File ---->  Open Exercise

when the "open exercise" box opens, highlight the exercise that you want to merge AND tick the checkbox (titled exercise comparison) on the bottom left hand side and then click Open.

Once the second exercise is now open choose from the menu at the top Edit -------> Merge Exercise.

And Hey Presto, both exercises are merged.

Don't forget to save when you close the exercise and don't forget to delete the 2nd exercise, as you now have that 2nd exercise duplicated (once merged with the 1st and once as a free standing exercise).

OK, now that we've solved that problem, I have a new one for you boffs.

I forgot to stop recording when we finished riding on Saturday (may have had something to do with the minus three recorded on my HRM, I couldn't feel my fingers or toes!). I only stopped it about 15 minutes later. Can I crop the offending info out of my exercise?
Yes' date=' it is possible.

With the one exercise open, click on File ---->  Open Exercise

when the "open exercise" box opens, highlight the exercise that you want to merge AND tick the checkbox (titled exercise comparison) on the bottom left hand side and then click Open.  Mine is greyd out and can only select this when 1 exercise is already open  (see below 01)

Once the second exercise is now open choose from the menu at the top Edit -------> Merge Exercise. I don't have this option (see below 02)

And Hey Presto, both exercises are merged.
