I had permission to cycle during the world cup. I asked security the same question on Tuesday and there reponse was, open on Monday 19 july. You can take a chance. You can always try your luck with all this confussion. So just hide your bike in the boot then. When you get there the guys will think you are there for the run. Just a few more moving animals to get past on the course. Makes it nice and fun. Has anyone else gone through that mooeeerrssee puddle there?The last time I went through there the water was up to my ankles.
