Embarrassed hey guys... somebody paid for him 2000 years ago... maybe he's fixed up and asked for forgiveness, prior to his demise. What he did was bad and cannot be condoned, but who of us can cast the first stone....

Yay, society is very unforgiving these days. The guy was under pressure, and blew , and unfortunately lost it when the dog killed the parrot. Sad... as someone said, he'll be remembered as a dog killer, and not a family man, dad, brother etc...

water bottle, that view point gets to me whenever it is voiced - clearly you feel there is no need to take responsibility or accountability for your actions because it's not a problem - ask for forgiveness as you die and all is well.

sorry, but i believe that you reap what you sow. i also belive in souls that chose the life they plan to live and pay for the actions taken (ie karma) and at all times you are accountable and responsible for your actions and behaviour.

Ek dink hierdie thread is siek.

Baie onsensitief.

If someone doesnt hijack this thread quickly I predict a 20 pager religion debate..again...
..I don't see what religion has to do with this? It's a case of a pr!ck who enjoyed butchering defenceless animals and met his demise!!!

Pardon my french, but that's horsesh*t. Everyone is under pressure these days, but somehow people cope, by kicking a wall, screaming and cursing, or going drinking. People like that don't deserve anything but contempt. When I am King people like that will be first against the wall.

I agree let's not get into a religious debate, but look at it this way.....

Ok as cervelo says the guy had a bad day and lost it, so taking the type of person he seems to be into account let's say that this happened while driving and a cyclist cut him off. So he hits the cyclist and kills him ..... do we then also say shame he had a bad day and lost it, NO!!!

So why should it be different for a defenceless animal, who did not choose to be there but was chosen by the owner to be there?

I don't feel sorry for his family either, they obviously condoned what he did which makes them the same as him and maybe this will teach them a lesson now.

Personally I don't buy that it was an accident either, not with all the coverage this case got .... mmmhhhh??????
