covie Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Only after they do their duties in my meth lab in the garage.
dirtrider Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Covie I think it is time we get a smokers day . A international holiday for smokers . We can all stand under the hole in the ozone and make it so big that nobody needs to worry bout 21/12/2012 . I also believe that kids should from an early age know how to open a beer (by any means) and light a fag . Basic skills !!!!
covie Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Dirt-rider you the MAN!!! we so need to hook up, my kids will light all the fags and bring beers constantly. Might even send an ivite to heartcoppi and dangle.
Wyatt Earp Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 One day when I'm big...................You guys are really an inspiration and when you get even older and your face looks like a screenshot from a Garmin with topographic maps, I will be sure to use you guys to map the trail for me.It could be hard as you dudes will have to be on a tandem with baskets back and front to carry your respiratory equipment, if all else fails and you peg before this could happen, don't fret you will quickly be forgotten and I will find a new idol or two.My heroes.
dirtrider Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 OMG I see this Covie dude is a fortune teller as well . You should smoke a arm dude and then you will see the **** you come up with .
Big Til Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Dirt-rider you the MAN!!! we so need to hook up, my kids will light all the fags and bring beers constantly. Might even send an ivite to heartcoppi and dangle. as long as you don't let them smoke the devil's lettuce before they reach at least 12.

Wyatt Earp Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 How about you try and catch up first before u use me for anything ? But 5 minute smoke break for every 80km please .I could never catch you, I cycle for fun and I have never smoked, so my lungs are a little on the weak side.
Guest Big H Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Scroll up and see what type of people smokers are!!!!!!!!
joe moer Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 But they shouldn't involve/affect non-smokers! Not to generalise but... I was driving to work on a very cold morning a few weeks ago and in the car behind me a loving/caring "dad" lit a siggy with his daughter next to him! How can one "poisen" his own child? I wanted to...thehub filter won't allow me to continue... "Just in the UK, more than 17 000 children are hospitalised every year due to respiratory problems caused by their exposure to parents' smoke." From news24.i dont drive cars and everytme one of you idiots in an overpriced sandton tractor changes gear this poor bllody cyclists needs the fag so that the filter works out the diesel fumes....might as well light the fag... its a lot safer than the passive smoking your vechile forces me to consume...now that we're all pondering this...ride your bike
Stryder Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 Aaah. I remember the days when I used to light up for my dad, take the first puff! Crack open the beer and have the first swig. Now today I can still finish a smoke in one drag and drain a beer in one gulp. Memories
Lounge Lizard Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 Generally people who blow smoke in someones face, get smacked in the gob. (benefit?) like this**: I must clarify that I don't mind smokers. In fact the more there are, the better. I make a lot of money out of smokers. Furthermore, smoking significantly reduces the number of pensioners that there could be at any point, which means the state has one less freeloader; and I get to pay less tax, than if there had been a higher number of pensioners. Smoking also creates a lot of jobs, which means that I'm not the only one being taxed, and so I can pay less tax; than if there was a higher unemployment rate.I digress.-------------------------------------------- The reason I don't smoke is very simple. I don't smoke so that I can say: I am honest. In two basic ways:(1)Honest to say that: I am thankful and grateful for the life I have. One day, right at the end, I need to be able to say that I made the most of it, to show my gratitude for this gift.If I smoke, then my life will be shorter than it should have been, at my own hands, and I wouldn't have made the most of it. (2) Honest to the people I love and care about (my family.)Be true to yourself: If you smoke and knowingly inflict disease and shorten your life expectancy, can you honestly say that you love and care for yourself? If, you are unable to love and care for yourself, you will never be able to TRULY love and care for another. You have heard that line before, its a very old saying. Its a fact. What do your words mean when you tell your partner or children that you love them, but that you will deliberately not be there, for them, for as long, as you possibly could have been. Personally, I want to grow old with somebody (not alone), so I chose somebody that doesn't smoke. I was honest with myself. I walked away from people who would not be able to help me make this come true. I want my children to have the support of their parents for as long as possible. When I made a commitment to my partner it was complete, without a clause that said I could waste a significant portion of my income on cigarettes, petrol to fetch cigarettes, lighters, more frequent medical expenditure than a non-smoker and paying double on personal insurance premiums; rather than buying flowers and building a nicer home.It feels good to show my respect by not offering a kiss with an ashtray mouth. It feels better to spend another minute holding hands, than excusing myself to go and stand outside in the designated area. It feels good to be grumpy because its raining too hard to go for a walk with you, and not because I haven't got any smokes. It feels good that I'm not going to look up at you from under an oxygen mask and see that look on your face that says "what have you done". Cos That must be the worst way to die, if I ever leave you thinking that thought. People lie very easily. Words are easy. Character is in your action. Smoking is an action that says: I don't love myself OR I can't love myself. Is this somebody that you want to be with and build a future with? Can you build a good future with somebody like this? You have one valuable life to invest and share with somebody.Strangely, its the women in my life that have made me think like this. Here it comes finally** and I hope you get it: When your life is longer ... there'll probably be a lot more Fun in it. Thats just one expression of 'value'. I guess its mathematical after all. YupOK Eish.... Anybody bother to read all this cr@p...? ! Dude , just say smoking is a K@K idea ... short and sweet like, you know !
Mojoman Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 Let people smoke, its their choice, but I certainly feel much better for quitting and quite a lot healthier in the bank account too! My partner quit a year ago, that equals around R10,000, I quit 7 months ago, that is R5880, over R15,000 saved! That should be enough for anyone to quit these days!
HeartCoppi Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Let people smoke What for? Really. What for?
