Around 11kg pedals and all. The tyres are hefty and used a decent amount of sealant also. Will put some Racing Ralphs on come racing time to lighten it a bit.

Also could swap out post, stem for carbon but I'm not sure that I want to.

Nice bike ... I have ridden the Ardent tyres you have there on a 26'er and loved them ... must be a great tyre in the 29'er format!

It really looks nice but here's the changes I would make.

1. Front derailleur needs to be top swing. It looks smaller as it is tuck in behind the crank and the cable pulls traight down and not at the angle of the bottom swing version.

2. DEFINITELY needs a chainstay protector.

I have the blue on e with same wheels and an XT build. Where did you get the x0 stuff from, I really want the double chainring setup
