I just do the King Steers burgers, and the best thing for me?...those chippies, it's not that oven baked rubbish like you get at Vimpie and McKotchers.

Yeah I enjoy the odd take-away, why not ? Specially after a hard race, it's a reward if I reached my goals

In anycase I eat healthy stuff all the time, so it doesn't bother me, I do it in moderation and exercise with a fast metabolism sorts out the rest.

McKotchers. I think i just tasted sick in my mouth

I'm proud of little Hubber. He has been to McCrappies 3 times this year and on all 3 occassion he does not want to eat their food. Even at 3 he knows its crap. We take him there to play, not to eat.

This is from a little one that loves his KFC kiddies meal (OK, the one with the burger 'n chips) and his Spur.

Mmmm... Steers is great but their burgers seem to have shrunk in size this year... A King Steer used to be too much burger for me to handle... now I can klap one without a hassle and I am smaller now (81kg) than I was a few years ago (88kg)...

MacDonalds is a fail...

In Durban we have Johnies Rotti... mmmmmm....
