The lite is only 400m worth, but it will break me since I am winging it Also doing the lite with NO swimming training only run and cycle ,Can I do it??????????????????????????????????? Hope this would be bit easier seeing that it is 200m less swim and also in a Dam compared to the Vaal River. On downside the Bike and run section should be harder due to terrain ... The swim is amazing at Buffelspoort - cleanest open water swim I have ever done. The terrain is tough, but the bike course is just awesome.
