Still stuck on 102kg, but my average speed on my training route is up by 2km/h in the last week.

 

Must be building muscle :ph34r:

 

Must add though, I am going to do a serious makeover on my diet for the next two weeks. I would like to drop a few extra kgs for the Argus :thumbup:

No Point trying to lose weight now. to late I was told. Focus rather on upping your intensity of training.

I am not sure... I can't grip things yet, but I think I will be able to soon. I would just love to pick things up again, without wetting my pants.

 

Sounds cool, but I might be unable to :( Man I would love to go riding again. You think I will keep up if I am scoffing along :)
