On 85.2kg this week. Going much better than anticipated , have lost each week so far.

Maybe the 84kg mark for the Argus not to farfetched, looking quite easy at the moment.

Not doing anything special. Riding around 10 hours a week but not too fussy about my eating habbits although I tried to cut out chocolates and Coke.

i am sucking at this.

i am tipping the scales at 114.

and i find it so so tough to get motivated sometimes.

i really cannot see the reason to NOT eat that packet of chips....

and the worst of all i am not motivated to cycle....may that change soon.

Been there and did not like it. feels *** to not like yourself.

just need to think the other way around. I can have the beer and the pizza, I'm gonna have to work for it. work out the Kcal and figure what it going to take to pay it back to your body. Run, walk, cycle but do something to burn cal's.

I will follow this thread but as I weigh 58kg losing weight for me might be a problem :unsure:

 

But good luck ladys and gents, just bear in mind that the goal is a healthy weight not super skinny or anarexic

morning "fattys" so what do your boys eating plans look like?

Hey, look who's talking!!! :lol:

 

Mine looks somethinh like this!

 

Breakfast:

1 x cup mueslie with low fat milk

1 x cup of coffee, 2 x sugars and little milk.

 

Snack:

1 x yoghurt

1 x fruit

1 x tea, 2 x sugars and little milk.

 

Lunch

2 x sandwiches with ham (brown bread, very little butter)

1 x tea, 2 sugars and little milk.

 

Snack:

Pro vita biscuits (dry)

 

Supper:

Lots of vegetables, oven roasted

1 x meat portion (200 - 300g)

hmmm sounds pretty good,

 

breakfast:

1X wheatgerm, apple, melon and crushed lime smoothie

1X boiled egg

 

snack:

1X provita :thumbdown:

 

lunch:

1X grilled chicken breast

mixed roasted vegies

 

snack:

1X small plain yoghurt

 

dinner:

 

veggies and a small portion of meat

or

1X chicken salad.

 

i am only drinking water.

i have completely cut out alcohol and fizzy drinks, i feel awesome!
