Cheese Posted January 31, 2011 Share On 85.2kg this week. Going much better than anticipated , have lost each week so far.Maybe the 84kg mark for the Argus not to farfetched, looking quite easy at the moment. Not doing anything special. Riding around 10 hours a week but not too fussy about my eating habbits although I tried to cut out chocolates and Coke.

I can have the beer and the pizza, I'm gonna have to work for it. work out the Kcal and figure what it going to take to pay it back to your body. Run, walk, cycle but do something to burn cal's. joo can doo it....
