well Coenie,

apparently for every 10kg's of fat you lose, your p#nis gets 1cm longer, isnt that a good enough prize?

Okay - BMI is apparently 30.864

 

Targeting BMI of 26...

 

mine is 32, want to be 25.. (25 = officially no longer fat! currently considered obese)

 

thats a loss of 23kg and about 22% of my body weight

Good luck to all of you who are shedding some weight in 2011! As my training program assists me to keep my ideal weight, I will not be joining in, but I will however monitor this thread for your respective progresses. Good luck guys! :thumbup:

:blush:Cant find more than 5KG to loose, 1.95m and weigh 82kg but need to loose the spare tire around the waist.

 

 

BMI works out at 21.13 which i cant believe tooo much gut :thumbdown:

Suggest % weight loss only.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless you are still growing in height or plan on shrinking in height, your % weight loss will be the same as your % BMI reduction (because height remains constant). <_<

 

starting weight - 107kg

height - 1.79m

BMI - 33.4 (i.e. obese!! :o )

jas all these cheeseburgers are making me sick.

And yes i agree, from a sustainability point of view the simpler this is the better.

 

if you want to do this and you want to post 20 lines of stats then fine no-one will mind.

But i am sticking to Weightlost
