Slowbee Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 only on the hub would a simple "lets loose weight topic" turn into a massive debate on working out BMI etc etc etc. Thread ruined.
flymango Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 (edited) I'm in too. Â Suggest % weight loss only. Â Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless you are still growing in height or plan on shrinking in height, your % weight loss will be the same as your % BMI reduction (because height remains constant). Â starting weight - 107kgheight - 1.79mBMI - 33.4 (i.e. obese!! ) Edited January 5, 2011 by flymango
Gravity Posted January 5, 2011 Author Posted January 5, 2011 (edited) jas all these cheeseburgers are making me sick. And yes i agree, from a sustainability point of view the simpler this is the better. if you want to do this and you want to post 20 lines of stats then fine no-one will mind. But i am sticking to Weightlost % Weightlost starting BMI current BMI and once a month RHR Edited January 5, 2011 by Gravity
