flymango Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 104.5. Satisfied considering 2 weeks off the bike of which one was overseas.
chris_w_65 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 67.5  1kg more and I am down 30kg. No hurry though, I passed my goal already
Noneking Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 88.6kg Still going down although I've been off the bike sine Sabie Classic due to illness. 2 days in hospital without eating might have something to do with it.....
britian Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Well, I'm new here, however over the last year I have being trying to loose weight. In jan 2012 I'm doing the Tour D'Afrique and want to be fighting fit. When I started I was around 189kg, but since september I've lost 40kg, and now currently sitting around 148kg. I have a blog which I update weekly. To get to 15% body fat, I need to get down to around 114kg so only 33kg eft. My target time is when I come to South Africa in October. http://howtoloose11st.blogspot.com/ Well done to everyone

Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Just returned from my honeymoon, on an all inclusive basis. That means 2 courses for breakfast, 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner. All the weight I lost has gone back on, and some has come back off again. Came back from Mauritius at 100kg, now back down to 97 or so. Changing jobs in 2 weeks, and that will give me the opportunity to train more than I am able to at the moment. Will also be 2km from Tokai, so if I'm having a bad day....

britian Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 It's easy if you don't keep an eye on it how easy it is too put it back on, also I wouldn't get too worried if you have the odd week where you put on a couple of kg. It will be mostly water and will soon be lost again. I went skiing last week and burning almost 3000 calories a day on top of my regular allowance. I didn't eat more then usual except for fruit salad for dessert, and a main meal for lunch instead of soup, however I put on 4 kg from my previous weeks weigh in. However 4 days later and 3 kg has disappeared so, don't get too hung up over it.
DaLoCo Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Been at 101-102kg for three weeks now Suppose I should go for more than 2 rides a week....
britian Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Your body gets used to your exercise and eating levels and you hit a wall. Try changing things up, doing different types of exercise or cut out certain things in your diet. Should help you get over the block.
