Was it just my imagination, or did anybody else come across the Bulls in Tokai this morning (the reigning Epic champions, not the rugby team) ;) ? A really friendly "good morning" as we rode past them :thumbup: - in the opposite direction, of course!! :lol:

I met them on the weekend - Karl & Stefan.

In my chat with Stephan, he said that they trained in Tokai because of the heat.

Real sweet guys...

the worlds best athletes mtb and triathlon gather around the western cape this time of the year.and we have some good physios and chiros who keep them in pieces too.... world class medical fraternity we have

Like you okes .... sorry Dudes in Cape Town always have all the fun, the most famous oke I ever saw in Bloem was the local municipal clubs jukskei champion.

Yep was the Bulls team with David George.

Really nice guys, met them last week and they stopped yesterday as they had remembered us

Vernon Koekemoer is a personal friend of mine .... :D

 

I saw him having a tipple or two in my local pub a little while ago…

 

Back to the topic…I sent @TeamBulls a tweet last night, and mentioned that they'd been spotted, and got this repsonse: @BarryMcCallum very true. Karl & Stefan use the great conditions in the CT area to prepare for the upcoming season.

also saw them on sunday in tokai, they were flying down the single. amazing!

Hmmm, I wonder whether they will get the triple Epic crown...
