Eugene Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 It's time toset the record straight. The stuff up at SAs had nothing to do with PE or East Cape Cycling. A rep from PE flew to Jhb and informed CSA that the route was not safe and despite his attempts, CSA went ahead anyway. CSA is completly to blame for both SAs and today.
