How do you store your cordless tools between projects ? And the batteries, when not on the charging rack ? and NO .... on a pile is not OCD compliant ...🤪 Similarly, when tacking 3 or 4 of these tools to a site to wrap up a project fitment .... how do you package it for transport ? Having added the belt hooks, it no longer fits in the original boxes. And the larger carry bags is just one open compartment with everything scraping over each other ....

forget headset cable routing, its the hole in the chainstay paired with a wireless electronic derailleur that would make me sell the bike

if its an enjoy.cc bib or racepace.pro they will make alterations as described above. otherewise a tailor /seamstress is the best bet

It's all relative. There's a Titan Racing bike in the classifieds that's brand new having only done a few 70.3's and an Ironman.

Agreed. Some of the local manufacturers used to be really helpful with alterations eg. shortening straps, repositioning padded inserts, adding leg grippers etc. Not too sure if any of the current will do similar, otherwise try local sewing/taylor shops as suggested.

I get that it's a significant purchase and the internal routing conversion was a requirement for the OP and he specifically asked if it can be converted. I also get that for many (probably most) people the aesthetics of no visible cables is worth the trade offs which is why the manufacturers are making them. But there is no doubt Titan Racing would have resolved the misunderstanding without the tantrum and they were always going to come out of this thread with their reputation enhanced.

Well done @Titan Racing Bikes! As said before, people make mistakes. How you deal with it, is what makes you stronger.

Nice to see a brand to stand up like this and assist on this. Jip, mistakes can be made and it is expensive hobby we are in but it's good to see brand standing behind there name and admit it and rectifying it.

This here is what will make me consider Titan for a next purchase. Mistake has been made. It happens. How you react afterwards is what counts. One could not ask for a better outcome for the OP.

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication on our part, resulting in this situation. We have been in touch with the OP and offered to replace the fork and headset free of charge from our next shipment, which will support full internal cable routing.

I am interested but need to know if I change it to internal cable routing …
