exactly why I suggested going for a RIDE. as a rule of thumb I never race on new equipment (whatever it is) unless I've taken it on a training ride first. So far we have replaced 6 or 8 out of a couple of hundred units, I think panic may be unnecessary.

Judging by the lack of response I think you're right... there is no specific batch number that has an issue But I am advised that if you mount the tyres, and ride them for about 100km, you will know if they are the faulty ones. a "bubble" or "snake" will form in the tyres.

the Local agent infomed all the dealers of the possible issue. some have returned faulty tyres and were immediately given replacements

folding tyres on tubeless rims work well as my Race wheels, I run folding Racing Ralphs on my tubeless Crank Brothers Cobalt wheels. as my training/ demo/test wheels, I have 3 sets of Mavic Crossland UST rims paired with folding Nobby Nics, Smart Sams and Little Alberts. These tyres have all worked well for over a year

We have used : wire bead single compound folding single compound folding dual compound, and folding triple compound (Evolution) all with pleasing results. It apears that the most important factor when using non-UST tyres is the fit against the rim. Both tyre and rim must conform accurately to ETRTO A well built rim will fit and seal (seat) with a well manufactured tyre.
