  1. are you going to be adding that to the blackspade range? very hot
  2. You guys have got it wrong, they were talking about a "STAGE" race, not a "STAG" race
  3. That Aussie accent was probably put on and that stubble beard is now long gone. How do people have the balls to do this stuff? I had a mate who worked for VW a few years back and he was twice on "test drives" when the person "testing" the car politely put a gun to his head and asked him to remove himself from the car.
  4. Still not sure, reminds me of the Look
  5. only on Tuesdays before the sun comes up! What is plyometrics?
  6. low point in my life my weight reached 125 kg of hard sculptured fat! tried all the wrong ways for years with weigh going up and down all the time. eventually spent the money on a proper dietitian (not these generic things you get online) she showed me how to eat properly (something i thought I was exceptionally good at before!) and common mistakes people make with food and diet when trying to loose weight. Made me a daily eating plan according to my calorie needs and it was actually easier to follow than other "super easy" diets I had tried. Weight went done to low nineties and has stayed around there for a few years. cost about R1800 and a portion was covered by medical aid PM me your email address and I will scan a copy of the plan and other stuff she gave me and send to you (next week when back in SA)
  7. ahhhh
  8. if you decided to go the pill route there are much better products out there, pricey but much better. Lipo 6 or animal cuts. most of the time the guys cut with these before shows but use stupid amounts of them. lasting results only come from eating right though, most of the time what you loose from pills you gain again and often pick up more weight
  9. Ok thanks, sounds like its one of those things that you master over time
  10. Hi Johan, thats very interesting, I have had a few shops tell me they will build me custom wheels for my weight and its they way they build them that makes the difference....obviously dollar signs appear when they hear a customer ask for wheels to be built for their weight! might be a stupid question but how does a custom built wheel differ from a standard type wheel, like an American Classic? better spokes and hub etc?
  11. agree with all of the above and have my 2c to add My weight jumps around through the season due to other sports (mma and boxing) ranges from low 90ies to about 105 and I was worried about the same thing as you, and my large ass on carbon frames! I use the American Classic tubless wheels and love them, never had any issues. not the lightest but as I am already carrying a small road cyclist more than most riders I wanted the strength. looking to build a new set now and have also been recommended the ztr's by most people. I was told to stay away from certain ztr's because of my non-petite figure but cant remember which.

  13. Kids should not be selling on this forum, if you can't fulfill agreements that form part of a sale rather don't even advertise
  14. Cool thanks, safe enough to ride alone?
  15. sorry, I know this question has been asked a thousand times, how is the security there now? I been away for a few months so not upto date with the latest happenings. I know they got security on the farm now, are there still incidents on the farm or just outside? thanks
  16. I can honestly say the 96 was the worst bike I have ever owned, unless I had a "monday" bike. Shocks and forks never worked as they should, that bike spent more time in the workshop than it did on the trail. but I have mates who love theirs so guess we all like different rides
  17. But I'm always gay ( happy) when I ride my bike, I thought That was the point? I see lots of gay riders when ever I ride. The only time I'm not a gay cyclist is when I fall off.
