Tour de frans service has improved tremendously. Another top shop is Hotspot, my frame cracked, took it in on saturday and had my bike back on tuesday WOW WOW.

Drugs = Smucks!! Stopped supporting anyone specific, everytime I support somebody they catch the idiot for doping, maybe its the Kritzie curse- Beware you all!!!!

Had Oakleys worst glasses I have ever had. Looks like their made from tupperware plastic. The logos on the nosepiece wore of very quickly, the lenses scratch very, very easily. Not impressed at all!!

Took my bike to the local LBS and met the mechanic that knows everything. Watched him do his craft and after he finished the post was tightened but the seat loose, he then proceeded to tell me that he cannot do his best work if he is watched, stripped my moer and told him that nobody works on my bike if I dont watch. What a nuckfut!!! Will test it this weekend!! Thanks for all the help guys and gals!!!

K sword is listed under the 2006 catalogue but not under the torque section I suppose it should also be between 7-8???? There are pictures of the seatpost as well so Im not completly loosing it!!

Its a bloody expensive itm seatpost, was also wondering if the thing has not cracked could not find any cracks though!!

What torque should I tighten it to????

Saw my knees coming past my ears on Sunday. Looked like I was riding BMX. My clamp has two settings on for normal and one for carbon whats the difference.

My carbon seatpost keeps slipping down. I have a carbon frame and is too scared too over tighten it. Advice please!!!

I have a Campaq wine opener and it only opens the good stuff, ek sal vir oompie se dat as dit n shimano kurktrekker was sou ek nooit die bottel oop gekry het nie. Net die beste vir die beste.

Oompie Petoors dis hoe baie mense oor daai Big H gevoel het, maar gelukkig is hy nou weg!!! Niemand wou dit egter regtig aan hom doen nie, dit was net lekker om te droom!!!
