Hi Michelle Joe Friel also wrote the "Triathlon Bible". If you read the book most of the things make sense, especially the stuff about the cave men and women and there diet then. He does make a huge point out of the fact that everybody is different and that you must adapt his advice to suite you. Isn't everything like that Will it work for you ???? Mampara, I am was talking about the GT Carbon Series 1 bike.

Rather employee people that know what there doing, but how difficult can it be to look up a number ? I was there early, no issues. This is a new venue, it will have problems. We will see what happen @ the "Perde Stalle" on Sunday. On the end of the day it is all about the race on Sunday, so relax and keep focused on Sunday. The relaxing part might be difficult if you have not got your number yet
