Hi Hubbers Allot of cyclists this morning at the E2E Classics Had to stop at a green light to make sure it is save to cross, this was at Main and Whilliam Nicol. Looked like a "Kerk Besaar'. Then that tadem, the two Club 100 guys, just kept pushing the pace Burst a lung going up Jan Smuts And this was not even the fast group Pantani ? Was it you on the Red Cervelo in white and green kit ? And then the young CycleLab guy, hitting at the Taxi door, not nice He saw you and stopped, no need to be that aggressive. Cheers narra

The nanny is only arriving at 7:00 to look after the kiddies and the wive is cycling @ 5:00 So I will be looking for an Ape with lipstick, a kitten on a road bike, and a cartoon character the falls and get up constantly Enjoy narra

That would work just fine - the main thing is to get the right intensity for the 20 mins. You can rest for 5-10 mins in between with no problem. Maybe you could incorporate on of the intervals into the pass ? Ride back at tempo pace for the 90 mins - say ~75-80% Any gear you like as long as the intensity is right - what gear you choose should be the one that you find it easiest to get the intensity right in. BikeMax, so your tempo pace is about ~75-80% heart rate?

I also migrated from the Sella Italia to a Fizik saddle. It took about 300 km to break the saddle in, but I am enjoying it allot more than the Sella Italia.

Specialized Race Just took 2 or 3 rides to brake it in and get use to it.

Hi Hubbers Pictures @ this link Got my new bike on Friday the 22 December 2006. It is a Felt F4, 2007 model. A big thank you for Dunkeld Cycles (Merlyn is the man) and Clive the distributor for getting it for me. And a big thumbs down for that other Bike shop for lying to me If you snooze, you loose I had a RC3000 (2005), and I must say that I now fully understand why somebody want to ride carbon. Did this morning 90 km and the bike make such a huge difference. So I am looking forward to many happy miles on my Felt.
