  2. wondering where all those supposed to be friendly MTB are these days....
  3. Well, the last time I was working in randburg, now I'm in Parktown.... 1H10 to do 27km in the car. ^*%$^&%**(())__. Got mybself slicks for the mtb, new more compy saddle. So I'm not so fit at this stage, I'll drive to 14thAve Virgin Active, and cycle the 12km left in. Will take +-40min. will beat the cars. Monday, it took me an hour to do 12km. I lost my sence of humour!

    Rugby...

If I were the Boks Id also go undercover to a PK hiding! My prediction is all blacks to win by 25+ points. If Morne Steyn plays, maybe even more.
  5. It isn't hard at all....maybe you haven't tried hard enough.
  6. You cycle on that road??? I don't even drive on that road...
  7. same here...didn't train there though.
  8. IF YOU want info on steroids, Google Dan Duchaine.
  9. That doesn't say anything. Never seeing one dope, doesn't mean he/she doesn't dope. Same as LeMond, saying he never tested positive. Them yanks know how to Spin. They make shane Warne look like an amateur.
  10. On Phil Liggit not knowing or avoiding the doping problem, the thing is if he puts negativity into the sport, hIs job is gone. On lifetime bans. Problem is, who wants to see riders riding 8 hours, or lame runners running 12 seconds for 100m and not breaking records. That is a bigger problem. Its the sponsors, they want people in the seats at the stadiums, so athletes can perform and sell their products. So not only Lance benefitted from doping, Oakly, Nike, Trek all have. What about them now that Lance lost his tour titles, they're still smiling. The problem isn't only the athlete. @Dirtbreath, not sure you read the thread, I mentioned previously Marion Jones did not return a positive test either, and she admitted and was sent to jail. Everything you take in doping, you take with a mask, so that the test doesn't pick it up. Now the question begs, why don't they test for the mask? Its a very dfficult thing to control. But its time to go further than doping controls and focus on where it comes from, who supply etc etc. And look at sponsors supporing dirty athletes.

  13. this morning on Pardon the interruption. Marion Jones also never tested positive. And she was sent to prison. Says a lot.
  14. Yaaah, if you don't find yet, post it. Thomas Edison didn't go and scream at other people because it was dark, he went and invented the light bulb.
  15. I'm seeing too many funny names, more like chinese, african on here to even remotely feel safe buying something. Did previously, didn't get burned. But its too risky lately.
  16. If it isn't the nice parts that are hanging, but usualy if the belly hangs, everything else hangs as well. We call those girls seksie. "Seksie op seksie" LOL
  17. Hulle swaai nie appels nie, ek dink eerder cherries. Hulle sal nie appels kan optel om te swaai nie
  18. Just look in the mirror. Are their parts that are hanging. If so, you have problems.
