    On my first half marathon I did I tried to stow the half used gel sachet and tab under my short's belt. They went south and I ended up with paper cuts to a delicate area and a moerse sticky mess.

    I have a couple of titanium plates and screws on my eye sockets and cheek bones. Where can I find goggles with a wider silicone strap than the normal Speedo and Arena ones for a better water tight seal?

    In 2009 I was in Ürümqi during the Uyghur demonstrations, the Chinese closed all communication with the outside world, we couldnt phone, sms or email. No media was allowed. Alot of people lost their lives. Luckily the world is watching Hong Kong.

    Walked into a sports shop today with a computer open on Asics's site logged in as a dealer. Asics gel Nimbus dealer price R1400.00 Suggested retail price R2800.00 Last pair I got was on Black Friday for R1700.00 for the 20's just after the 21's was launched. I wish my feet was not so full of sh!t and I could run in something else. Just my bit of useless info for the day....

    Yes, I noticed my watch was still recording as I was driving. It was the minutes looking for the crop function when I got back home that screwed me over, did not leave it to annoy. What would you regard as a fair amount of time for someone to crop a ride?

    Got my first KOM today doing 100km/h up a hill for a couple of kms and into the wind with my heart doing maybe 60bpm. By tomorrow my KOM will be gone, but the hate mail I will hold close to my heart as a badge of honnor and cherish for as long as I live as this will be the only reminder of the atrocity towards human kind.
