  1. Flip this was a fast start! Are the guys at the front starting to blow up? Looks like Nino is starting to close that massive gap?
  2. Hahahaha they have been ordered and delivered yes!!! Will be fitted the weekend.
  3. I haven't seen the bike in daylight conditions yet, but under some angles of light the subtle pearls shines through nicely!
  4. It took him three and a half weeks.. I decided to do the MTB now while it was still a bit rainy season, and I was away for 10 ten days where I could anyways only ride my roadbike. So it actually didn't feel that long. I maybe missed out on 3 or 4 possible MTB rides in that time.
  5. It wasn't planned, but now they kinda match ..
  6. Marc Hirchi again! The guy has some solid form at the moment!

    Munga Grit

Will we be able to dotwatch the Munga Grit this weekend like we usually do with The Munga? If yes, anybody got a link please?
  8. So the teasing starts...
  9. As far as I can tell, that is what you need to stay at a constant weight, not to drop weight. For me personally, 2200-3000 calories was way too much calories to expect weight loss, no matter how much exercise I did. *Maybe try your base at 1500 calories and see if it triggers a bit of weight loss again? *Disclaimer: I'm just a stupid engineer, not a doctor, please don't take this as medical advice!
  10. Are you sure your base is correct? I went from 125kg - 85kg dropping more or less 1kg per week at a base of 1200 calories/day(+-300-1000 calories depending on how much I cycle that day).
  11. Do it! Especially if it's just for yourself. Just don't go and try and sell it as something it's not, which it doesn't sound like you're planning on doing, so I say do it!
  12. I wonder why he isn't posting anything on Instagram anymore? I see his last post was in December.
  13. My 2017 Scott Spark RC 900 Pro for some updated 2021 Scott graphics, but with holographic pearl white colours instead of any standard model's colour.
  14. Dropped my bike off at Bogus last week. (Btw he replied to my mail within 15min) R4500,00 for the frame. I'm a returning customer, so not sure if that's a "special price" for me, but BARGAIN!!
  15. Going the wrong direction again.. Usually this time of the year I double down on training and eating habits in preparation for K2C. Motivation seems so low these days with everything going(and not going) on.
  16. Bennet and Caleb dropped.. Sagan at the front of peloton now driving it hard Edit: If Sagan can win today he gets 30 points back for the green jersey.
  17. I'll sign up again just to see my stats for a while in Today's Plan. In the previous versions the workouts didn't really feel like it's designed to make you better at any specific area of your riding.. It rather felt like a sifting process for Zwift to determine who is the best sprinters, climbers etc to take to the finals of the Academy..
  18. Made Caleb Ewan my captain for the day..backing an Ewan, Van Aert, Sagan top 3 in my fantasy team
  19. Here the fun starts now! Dammit I have to leave for a meeting now!!
  20. To date this remains the only scientifically proven way of determining whether you made the correct purchase.
  21. Paid deposit and dropped my bike off on Saturday.. I keep hitting refresh on his Instagram page while I fully know I can't expect to see anything for at least the next week or two! Will post pics as soon as I get any.
  22. Does a Bogus Designs paint job count as a new purchase?
  23. Sorry Muttley, I'm thinking of Zwiftsegments.com !! Also a nice website that tracks your Routes and Route PR's automatically from Strava, and don't need manual input like Zwifthub.com. But like I said, still a rather new website and they are struggling with all the interest to get everyone's data to sync at the moment.
