  2. Pretty much the same for me! I have 9:16!
  3. It's been fixed!
  4. I'll re-sort it tomorrow. I thought I did the all, but obviously missed!
  5. Cool! I'll see what I can come up with.
  6. Oh, forgot to add if you guys can PM me your Hub names, I'll use those instead of full names. EDIT: I'll have the whole list later on. It's hard to type with just your left hand when you're a righty.
  7. Just saw this now, probably be easier to make another thread. What do you think?

  9. I'm surprised then that you don't have any problems with getting your workouts uploaded as "walking"
  10. I get the problem when I try to upload a .gpx file - for some reason it saves it as running. Using the phone or manually entering in the workout I can set the type of sport.
  11. I get the same problem. Quite irritating! Haven't been able to figure out a way around it yet.
  12. There's still time to do one more hoorah today before I post January's totals tomorrow morning! We've got 70 mtbers, 31 roadies, 9 commuters, 10 runners, 6 swimmers, and 22 people in the most km's! And remember the challenge runs for the whole year, so you can still enter any time. And saved workouts using other data collections can be uploaded or entered in manually.
  13. It's just been released in the States - a buddy of mine got it yesterday, this is what he had to say: " Went for a run at lunch and a swim tonight. For running, it works great. Customizable displays like any other Garmin. There's a known issue with the live pace moving all over so it's a bit unreliable without the foot pod. I didn't have a 3 10xt but the 910xt vibrates on each lap which is pretty neat. Still have to play around with all the features as there are tons of customizations available. As for the swim, it's really nice to have something to count laps and time for you. You can choose which swim stroke you're doing and its all based off of accelerometers. Therefore, it's not perfect. A couple of my pool lengths were cut short on the watch because for whatever reason, it thought I turned. But here is what the watch records and uploads when you put it on Garmin Connect, LOTS of data: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/144866235

Good luck to everyone doing the race! Enjoy it!
  15. The MTBers are kicking butt! 57 have joined the challenge! Come on Roadies, we need to show them up! Only 27 so far... The other challenges have the following number of people: Most KM's = 18 Running = 10 Swimming = 6 Commuting = 8
  16. Damn! That picture wasn't supposed to get out!
  17. I'm not sure if it's the best app out there. It'll have to be up to you if you want to purchase it or not. You can log km's by manually entering in your different workouts. Or if you have a device that logs your data, you can import it with either .gpx, .fit, or .tcx files.
  18. Yeah, if you get a distance reading on a device while using the IDT then you can use that.
  19. If you can figure out distance on the IDT you can enter it in manually. Otherwise I would think that if you can assume a reasonable average speed and use that data to enter in the workout everyone should be fine with that. Hopefully that helps?
  20. Thanks 'Dale! And even if you don't use their app to log your miles, you can go in and add your workouts afterwards or even upload data from your devices!
  21. Additional Challenges have been added on a seperate thread: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/111863-the-hub-sa-endomondo-challenges/
  22. Hi Guys and Gals, As a continuation of a previous thread there are Hub Challenges that have been created for Hubbers on Endomondo. Right now the winner gets bragging rights, but Admin has promised to look in to some prizes. All the Challenges are based on most km's attained covering all the disciplines that are present on The Hub, and one Challenge for the most km's in ALL sports. Road: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3457773 MTB: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3457761 Commuting: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3457784 Running: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3508684 Swimming: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3508637 Most KM's: http://www.endomondo...llenges/3508700 Most Time: http://www.endomondo.com/challenges/3924269 Good luck! EDIT: Added another Challenge
  23. If you create a new workout you can enter in distance for swimming. Each pool has a length, so you can just multiply that by number of laps done. Or just use your garmin to swim with. The same thing can be done if you're running inside on a treadmill.
  24. Use a gala swimsuit and pull pants and cycling shirt over it. If more support is needed when running, wear a jog bra underneath the suit.
  25. I have an idea - since we have so many hubbers using endomondo AND we're still early in to the new year, why don't we create HubSA Challenges for most km in the different sports that are presented here, i.e. mountain biking, cycling - sport, cycling - commuting, running, and swimming? Those are the only ones I can think of for now. Winner gets bragging rights?
