  2. This sounds like a stop limit and indexing issue. Local bike shop will be able to sort it out quickly. Stupid question, but are you sure there is an 11 speed cassette fitted? If it is indeed an 11 speed cassette, then there should be a "double shift" happening somewhere at the smaller cogs as well. If set up correctly, campy chorus should shift perfectly.
  3. Did cav make the time cut?
  4. Luuks! Geniet ervan!
  5. I also have one ciovita corsa 2.0 that has turned transparent above the cheek crack. I have noticed that the corsa 2.0 just does not last as long as the first versions. Must be all the marginal gains in the newer products.
  6. Stop skipping leg day 🫣
  7. I have not had bean to cup machine coffee that tastes as good as a real espresso. I could only take so many bean to cup disasters here in NL before I bought my machine. If I want real coffee, I make it myself. In the restaurants, I now order ice cream. But I get the convenience factor, question is just how much you willing to sacrifice on taste...
  8. I do not know Roger Smart, but Nico Bell is an ex SA pro. He has been riding for many years (veteran now) and is the owner of Bells cycling in Nelspruit.
  9. The race is going to be wild! Many pros and ex pros from europe will be at the start, including van avermaet and current gravel world champion, Mohoric...
  10. SRAM 13-speed XPLR AXS gravel groupset spotted at Unbound Gravel (msn.com)
  11. Thank you. Is there a specific reason for internal bearings as opposed to external? I am currently in NL, so will have a look on the websites. C bear has this, with external bearings: C-Bear Ceramic Bearings Bottom Bracket T47 - SRAM/Truvativ GXP - Race - T47-68-22/24 (bike24.nl)
  12. Please assist. My new road frame is in the post. Frame is T47 threaded with 86mm width at the bottom bracket. Crankset is Sram Red GXP. Which BB do I need to order, as the oem sram only offers a DUB version of T47? Inboard or outboard bearings?
  13. I have fond memories of the MM during 2013-2017. It was a challenging event and well attended. I hope they can restore it to its previous status.
  14. Unbound Gravel, 1 June… https://www.cyclingweekly.com/gravel/gravel-world-champion-matej-mohoric-and-bahrain-team-to-race-unbound-200?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=socialflow&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR0TscVIC3taPZYGKfX-bFm95Cwjrl1MAFzCar98pOEwXGSAlmT8gX9RZTE_aem_AUK0NEURcqHz7hC39Aqd5-6cKmeO7Up4LwPKZeb6Ummb_nR8NawfM1npMnYWh2lIKNuPseObx7GqC60FfdC2QOzs
  15. Maybe the numbers are dwindling because each year the route gets easier? Maybe they should just call it a gravel race, as it seems that is what the numbers prefer🫣
  16. Hopefully it will trickle down to force and rival quite soon... Did I misread, but I did not see a semi compact (52-36) crankset option?
  17. Awesome, thanks for sharing! How did your pink bike perform?
  18. Thanks for this link. Tried it this morning. Started with 70g/h and chucked all the sugar for an hour and half effort into my bidon. Added one hydration tablet for some salt and flavour. Tasted pretty good and worked well. No stomach issues and did not feel hungry at all afterwards. Definitely taking this method further!
  19. Side note. Be careful of pitted dates. Nothing effs up your ride more than breaking a tooth on pit found in a bag of pitted dates…
  20. I'm really hoping for an epic battle between Matt and Keagan at the Unbound gravel on 1 June...
  21. What a win by Matt!
  22. Add maltodextrin to your bottles. Make your own energy bars, consisting of oats, dates, sugar, honey, raisins and coconut. Kan get the bars to around 40/50 g carbs per 60g bar.
  23. Where are the rest of the elites?
  24. And I understand that not everyone needs to drive a Ferrari. But surely as the prices of these "superbkes" increase, the price increases trickle down all the way down to the lower models. A few years ago a mid/top end frame with a top end groupset was more within my reach financially. Thesedays not anymore. Just my opinion of someone cycling for the last 20 years though. Real sad bout stages though.
