    The answer was posted on page 2 - #27 Until this morning, many of the team lineups are still not known. The published list is a guess. Admin will setup the team submission template soon, but it will be the usual last week (and a bit) rush before the Tour starts.

    Something about Liam Neeson movies... Non-Stop was another of those "non-stop suspense-filled" movies. Not the best movie of his but still a half decent Sunday night movie. Typical American hero Edit: grammar

    Chris Carmichael had a similar test of 5km as hard as you can go. 10 min recovery then 5km as hard as you can, after warming up for 20 mins. The HR at the end of the second test was supposed to be your maxHR. This of course was many years back when HR was the in-thing. 8 mins over 5km is the equivalent of riding at 37.5km/h. I used to do this test at the race track (Gosforth Park) and it was exactly 2 laps of the circuit. I might try the BicyclePower method and see for myself.

    The guys I hiked the Fish River canyon with last week thought I was crazy to carry this with me for 5 days. I had consumed all 250g by breakfast on the 5th morning. Much better than their coffee in a sachet.

    Updated scoring The green jersey points on offer have been cut in half, so the balance between the jerseys are similar. Revised rules attached - revision 1 deleted and replaced by Revision 2 (on first page of thread). edit: 19-Jun Revision 2 of the rules added to page 1

    First photo... there are other Ritchey components missing from the photo, eg. bars, stem, seat post, bottle cages and headset spacers. These specific components WERE originally destined to go onto my current carbon frame but then changed my mind when I decided to order the Logic frame.

    Me too... While I was originally planning to do the build myself, I have an ex-sheriff doing it and I hear he's a damn fine photographer too.

    Same message, different wording that I got. I will try again with a different approach. There are some changes in the pipeline that I would love to share now but it's still early days.

    Planned our Tuesday club ride to stop at the reserve on the way home. Will see what they say at the gate, if there is anyone there.

    I have was tempted to cut the GREEN points in half so that there is an even split between the 4 jersey categories. But points are awarded down to 15th place and you only have 9 riders, so the maximum points available is theoretically less than what it shows above. Also, the intermediate sprint point is not guaranteed to have sprinters taking all the points, as is the opening stage. Bonus points are excluded from the points table above, as it's difficult to know how many riders will be in a break, and if the break stays away. The same for the most aggressive riders. This will just add to the dilemma everyone faces in picking the team they think will do the best. edit: 11-Jun: green points cut in half

    I have a Raleigh that looks identical, just in a different colour. I wonder if these kind of PnP specials were made in the same factory and branded differently. Then again, looks could be deceiving and there are differences I can't see.

    I fear HM and his bias to the team north of the Jukskei will result in some unpopular selections for the RWC... lock, 8th man an ex-scrum half being part of his selection. I'm also concerned with his pick for captain should Jean de Villiers not make it (fitness, form and mentally) - and I'll add Duane Vermeulen to the potential absentee list. The last time we had a k@k jersey, there was also kamp staldraad and an early exit from the tournament. Hope 2015 is not a repeat of 2003.

    Tradition for this event is to have the reverse colours on the Polka Dot jersey compared to the Tour which is your traditional red dots on white shirt.
