  1. Wouldvé thought they would add in a u23 World silver medalist also the current SA champ...wonder who chooses the teams? I think the mens track team is pretty good.
  2. Might be a stupid question but why no Darryl Impey and Louis Meintjies?
  3. Lol! So why don't we all pay Pick n Pay for their great service? Sorry but this is probably one of the most pointless posts I have ever seen. They make profit, by supporting them you make them money...they should actually give away some freebies
  4. log into Garmin Connect, you can find the details on your profile of linked Garmins
  5. Lol, some comments just needs a lol... Incorrect, the firecrest is a different look everyone knows that. Go to the cycle shop and go check it out...if you can source a original Zipp firecrest rim for 9k a set then send me some pics.
  6. Scott made a contribution to the coffee shop, so people can rent a bike and pay money towards Jonkershoek to use the trails, so in a way it is a win win? Perhaps talk to the coffee shop and ask him to only put a sticker on their door?
  7. Ah ok didnt know, but you played a big role before, all of you guys did a awesome job. Hopefully people from Jonkershoek can see it is not about recognition but enjoyment, you guys build trails for yourself and others. Everyone who rides there appreciate it, they just dont know who to thank.,... True, I am just saying in the end this guy is spiting everyone, so he should rather stop being worried about advertising and just have people enjoy the trails...in the end if no one uses the trails then no one will benefit at all.
  8. so are you complaining that there is no Specialized signing on the coffee shop? I am sure the owner of the coffe shop can put on any branding he wants to as he did not get free Specialized bikes? By closing the trails you will basically tell all MTBers that they cant go there, so they will just go somewhere else... If you look at Tokai, people mantain those trails out of their own and they do a flippen good job! Was there the weekend and well done on the single track! I went to Jonkershoek and their trails is okish, but Tokai was just better mantained...CPT Mayhem I think is involved there and he doesnt get any recognition from Tokai?
  9. judging by the hub type except the DT Swiss it is chinese specials...you are going to struggle to sell it at that price as you can bring them in for about 5k... FFWD is hand build in Holland, I assume Zipps will also be hand build somewhere...look at the Firecrest for instance as you can't buy the same look rim as a knock off...I even pickedup my FFWD F4R's look different than the fake ones...different carbon look.
  10. stay away!! Stay away! I read endless problems on their facebook page and besides that their pods nearly broke my Nespresso machine...not impressed at all!
  11. wonder when Cadel Evans's balls is gona drop...sounds like a child when in a interview.
  12. Annette Brand in Durbanville, 082 416 2619 / 021 975 7702
  13. I think we need to tell them about cycle science
  14. http://www.bikeradar...ers-41072/#null It is about time!
  15. Wat prys hulle? Ek kry nou n BB30 crank wat in n BSA moet gaan vir my broer se bike?
  16. Evobikes used to sell a rotor bb that can fit a BB30 crank into a standard BSA frame, perhaps contact Janos and ask?
  17. Is this open to elites as well? Timed event?
  18. Will probably cost around 40k....to pay that for a groupset is just way to much.
  19. Besides the slow postage why do you need to mail the guy first to ask if he got the order before he sends it off? Clearly if he send it off when he should have and not 2 days later it will help speed up the process?
  20. This is an actual online store not a once off purchase I agree 100% with you! I ordered something from wiggle on Thursday the 1st of May, my parcel was here last week Thursday delivered to my door (Public holidays included) My friend ordered the same day and he is still waiting...his is local...mine came from overseas...National and International parcels all go to the same hub at Capemail and then gets send out. If something is required then you can't wait 2 weeks+ everytime, then you might as well order internationally.
  21. True, but perhaps notify us your sending it snail mail then...also why only send it after we have to make contact if it was send? Shouldn't it be a order come in, goes out next morning?
  22. I recently ordered something online from a SA seller, he has his own online shop...I won't mention names but he knows who he is, what irritated me though was the following: - I paid R50 for shipping and he send me a parcel down that cost him R22 (The postoffice left the price on the box) - I had to mail him first for a tracking number...then only did he send it. - I waited two weeks for the package... (I order from wiggle in the UK alot and their parcels take a week and that is overseas.) - a friend of mine is having the same problem now who also ordered from him.... Why run a online shop when you can't use your own initiative to send something before people need to ask you where it is and why rip them of on shipping when sending it snail mail?
  23. you need to pay for decals though to register it online, almost like a type of datadot coding.
  24. Thought it was only me imagining it...had a cuppcahino there and it was terrible...
