  2. that is correct, 1480Kj = 353.49 kilocalorie but most books use Cal as kilocalorie (note the capital C)

  15. Join ROAG, it is free. And I must admit, I get more from them than I did when I was part of a big fancy club. Now I get news letters and I up to date with what is going on.
  16. sounds like fun but is are these lights compulsory?
  17. wow go big or go home. Common File for all Structural runs Now my personal opinion. The 705 looks like the perfect gps training devise. If you have the $$$. I don’t think you will use all the added features when doing mountain biking like using the maps, if you were on the road it is a completely different story. I think the 305 or the 500 series will be better suited for MTB, but i stand to be corrected. When you get a Garmin, be sure to get the sporttracks (zone five) software.
  18. It depend on how much you want to spend. If you have the $$$ i would get a Garmin. my sence of direction suck so this helps me when i want to do a route that we dit as a group. It also gives me confidence to try new routes.
  19. Dalk is dit 'n dom stelling. Is jou 305 gestel om te soek vir die HR en Cadence. Settings - SYSTEM - Accessories altwee moet op yes wees.
  20. You have entered the world of the real Cyclists.
