  1. Does anybody have a GPX file of last years race.? any time will do, I will scale it to my estamated time.
  2. So im starting 7:49 in CL. I need to train more. bofore i did the ARGUS i did it in 2:39 now i hope to do it in in under 3:30
  3. I see thet have now interactive route maps on the site. http://www.tourofsa.co.za/ i tried to figure out were to go to watch the race. Plotted all the GPS coordinates from the site on mapmyride, no wonder no one knew what intersection to man. (see pic)
  4. Im 186cm and ride a 56. the frame is ok but I would be more comfortable on a 58. I had my setup done long after I bought the bike. Arron got me 90% comfortable but recomended a 58. O and the big "boep" doesnt help on the small frame. My X bike was a 58 and very comfy.

  6. there is a nice plugginn for Sporttracks 3. that will scale the course. http://www.sporttracks-plugins.com/Spor ... index.html OR You can also use GPSBABEL to convert the GPX file to a TCX file and scale the time.   7. you can use one with any time when you export you can specify the pace.

  9. Do you have more Pictures of that frame? does it come in other colors? (black and Yellow) ?
  10. In 2009 boyes drive did have little to no effect on race time compared to the wind. we had to pedal on all the downhill sections.
  11. i have also a set, very nice and im 100% happy. i had a friend in China so i did not pay for postage I have grown It shrunk a bit so I hope I will loose some weight it will shrink befor the next big race

  13. your diet alows you 3725kj per day I assume you sould say kcal per day. Typical calorie (kcal) averages for men and women: For maintaining weight (TDEE): Men (average): 2700-2900 Women (average): 2000-2100 For losing weight: Men (average): 2200-2700 Women (average): 1400-1800 For gaining weight: Men (average): 3200-4000+ Women (average): 2200-2500+

Ok I had problems with this to, but on Windows. 1) a laptop mic does not work!! 2) your polar must be very close to the mic 3) get a proper mic 4) it has to be super quite. 5) try mic boost on and of. 6) you must have lady luck on your side If you comply with all these it should work 3/10 times
  15. Two years ago there was a Hub kit or I must say a Kick Ass hub kit. do a search and see.
  16. i were in the same situation some time ago. shortened the cables, added a roller to pull, change from plastic Cantilevers to steel. in the end i got v-brakes. Problem sorted.

  20. I did read the last paragraph, and it sound like you have a training plan . doing 3 90min (continiouise) sessions a week and a long ride over the weekend should push you into the a bunch for most races. If you could fit some Weight training inbetween that will be a bonus.
