I watch a lot of sport on TV as part of my essential mental preparation. The physical aspect is taken care of by walking to the fridge during every break for refreshments and energy replenishments. This is absolutely essential to avoid dehydration ("remember don't wait until you feel thirsty before you have a drink. Drink regularly" - was inspired to start drinking after reading this advice in both "RIDE" and "Bicycling" mags)
He DID NOT win the TdF. It doesn't matter what they say, he didn't win it. It's not the same thing. I agree that Landis "cheated" (certainly the courts ruled so), and that he should be disqualified etc, but he won the Tour.
mmmmmmm - NOT!!! Ok serious though, and no insults intended but doesn't the Gary Fisher HiFi look suspiciousley like a Titus RacerX or is it the other way around?

Checked out the web site for Fulcrum 3's, mentally checked the wheels wishlist for my 2008 MTB build, still looking for a decent priced Racer X frame or lotto win !!!
